Theoretical/Practical Course Program
9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Theory:
– The Braña Method: its basic principles.
– hints at the anatomy and physiology of the CNS (Central Nervous System) and SNP (Peripheral Nervous System) and the musculoskeletal system.
– Braña neuromeres concept, and employment of Braña glass rods.
– Braña Wellness Massage: relaxation, muscle joint massage + Braña postural balance program.
1:30-5:30 pm Practice:
– the student will learn both the use of the Braña rods required for the stretching phase
and for the program, both the actual muscle-articular manual part with
Application and knowledge of chémeìa phytocosmetics.
– practice, in the afternoon, will enable each person to learn manual skills both in the
practice it than to feel its immediate effects.
For all those who are dedicated to Wellness and want to approach the Braña Method and recommended for those who want to learn about the Braña Method for personal needs.
Materials included in the cost of the course: No. 2 uncolored Braña glass rods – cancellation must be accompanied by appropriate certification. – A certificate of attendance from Chémeìa Academy will be issued upon request.
