Description
Theoretical/Practical Course Program
Time: 9 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Registration of participants
9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Theory:
– Introduction to the Braña Method, use of Braña glass rods
– Anatomy of the hand: muscles and bones, movements and alterations
– Practical demonstration with specific Braña gymnastics
1:30-5:30 pm Practice:
– Specific massage and gymnastics
– Evaluation of small impediments with Chemeia phytocomplex application
Beneficial effects on:
– blood and lymphatic microcirculation
– Striated muscles and bones of the hand and forearm
– wrist and hand joint
– epidermal tissue of the hand
– immediate and long-term effects
Materials included in the cost of the course.
: No. 2 uncolored Braña glass rods; course materials for each meeting will be emailed prior to the meeting.
Bring No. 1 pair of cotton gloves, notebook and pen
Discounts: if you bring a friend you are entitled to a 20% discount; if you bring two friends you are entitled to a 30% discount; finally if you bring more friends you are entitled to an additional 5% discount.
For those who sign up for both the hands and feet course will get a 20% discount.
Compulsory registration.
: Mandatory registration: of € 100.00 by 24/08 and balance at the meeting. For those who take advantage of discounts, the discount to which they are entitled will be deducted in the balance.
