Braña Method Facial Lifting Course | Autumn 2026 – registration

Theoretical and Practical Course Programme:

Sunday: theory in the morning

• The Braña Method: Basic concepts of the Braña Method, its philosophy and scientific basis
• use of Braña glass rods and white cotton gloves
• an overview of the anatomy and physiology of the CNS (Central Nervous System: areas of the brain) and the PNS (Peripheral Nervous System).
• The Braña Neuromeric Concept
• An introduction to anatomy and physiology, with particular reference to the spine and areas of the head, for the Braña programmes
• The Braña Neuromer System and its conceptual and practical significance for various types of facial treatment
• The complete Braña Natural Facial Lift treatment: the various stages, both in theory and in practice, with a demonstration
• Observation and practical demonstration of the various stages of the facial harmonic rebalancing treatment and the resulting sense of general well-being.

Sunday: afternoon session

Each student will undergo the treatment to experience its effects and will then perform it themselves in order to master the technique fully:

• Relaxation of the peripheral nervous system using Braña rods
• specific Neuromeri Braña programmes
• Braña Complete Natural Facial Lift Treatment

Monday: theory in the morning

• A recap and further exploration of the various concepts covered on Sunday
• assessment of the effects on those who have undergone treatment and discussion
• individual practice with a focus on the nerve plexuses and striated muscles involved
• a short individual test to assess each student’s understanding and enable them to return to their practice with complete confidence, armed with the theoretical and practical knowledge they have acquired, so that they can apply the treatment in their own practice with complete peace of mind; furthermore, the application of Braña neuromers has no contraindications
• Each student will receive individual guidance on the practical skills they need to master, both in the use of glass rods (stretching phase and programmes) and in the actual manual muscle and joint massage techniques for the head, face, neck and shoulders.
• Use of specific natural phytocomplexes for treatment

For the course: comfortable clothing, a notebook, a pen, one pair of white cotton gloves, and a dark eye or lip pencil; we recommend avoiding heavy make-up

No specific manual skills are required

Upon request, a certificate of attendance for the course, stating the total number of hours, will be issued.

Included in the course fee: teaching materials, which will be emailed to each student by 10 September, and two Braña glass rods, which will be handed out during the course.

Teachers: Dr Romeo Crapanzano, osteopath, and Dr Barbara Lopez Brana, researcher specialising in the Braña Method and daughter of its founder, Sergio Lopez Brana, each focusing on their own specific areas of expertise.
