\n Method of use:<\/em>
\n<\/strong> Diffusion<\/strong>: 2gt\/sqm of the room with essential oil burner or in the water of radiator humidifiers to refresh and deodorize the air and promote concentration. Cellulite:<\/strong> 5 gt diluted in a vegetable oil (almond oil recommended) and rub on affected areas. Invigorating bath: dilute in a tub of water 10-15 gt with 1 tsp do baking soda or rice starch, for stress or muscle pain. Hair<\/strong>: a few gt in shampoo, leave on 2′ and proceed with washing for thin, brittle, oily hair with dandruff or alopecia. After washing, on damp hair, a few gt diluted and rub into the scalp. It is also contraindicated in epileptic subjects. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Rosemary essential oil is energizing. In fact, it promotes concentration due to stress from intellectual activities. In the morning it has a general invigorating action. Rosemary essential oil is also useful as a cellulite oil, in which case it should be diluted within a vegetable oil as directed. Then massage locally for localized adiposity or joint and muscle pain. Rosemary essential oil is also an ‘astringent on the skin with a tonic, antiseptic and purifying effect, useful for acne and skin dark spots. Again, it should be diluted within a vegetable oil as directed. Rosemary essential oil is also useful for oily hair with dandruff and even then to be diluted in lotions or shampoos for oily hair.
