We will study and explore its fundamental mechanics: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Its bilateral contraction, which contributes to the extension of the spine, neck and head.<\/li>\n<li>Its unilateral contraction aids lateral flexion and ipsilateral rotation of the spine, neck and head.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To work on these delicate structures, the Bra\u00f1a Practitioner will use their distinctive tools: white cotton gloves and the unmistakable Bra\u00f1a glass rods.
